Hosting and server logs
The website is operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes the data required to deliver and secure the website on our behalf.
When the website is accessed, in particular the IP address, date and time, requested file or page, amount of data transferred, access status, referrer URL and browser and operating system information are processed, insofar as your browser transmits them. The processing serves the secure, stable and error-free provision of the website and the prevention of abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure technical operation of the website.
Regular server logs are generally deleted by the hosting provider after seven days at the latest. In the event of a specific security incident, the log data concerned may be stored for longer until the incident has been clarified and evidence secured.
Contacting us
If you contact us by phone or email, we process your details to answer and handle your enquiry. These may include, in particular, your name, contact details, time, content of the message and project-related information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry serves to initiate or perform a contract. For general enquiries the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the proper handling of incoming communication.
The enquiry form does not send any data to a form server. Your entries initially remain in your browser. When you click the button, an email draft is created from your details in your local email program. Only when you send the message there is it transmitted via the email services used by you and by us. This website does not transmit form contents to Google Analytics.
Google Workspace is used to receive and process emails. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC and other sub-processors may be involved in providing the service. In particular, sender and recipient data, times, subject, message content and technical transmission data are processed.
Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and documentation. If a contractual relationship results from the enquiry or statutory retention obligations apply, the data concerned is only deleted after these periods have expired. Longer storage may also take place where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses technically necessary local storage for your privacy decision. The Google tag is only loaded after your explicit consent; before that, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.
Technically necessary consent decision
After you have selected “Without analytics cookies”, “Allow analytics” or “Save selection”, the following decision is stored exclusively in your browser:
- Storage type: Local Storage
- Key:
elektroprinz_consent_v4 - Provider: Elektro Prinz
- Purpose: storing and respecting your consent decision
- Content: version, analytics choice, time saved and expiry time
- Retention: 180 days from the decision
- Recipients: none; the entry is not transmitted to Elektro Prinz or third parties
After expiry, the entry is deleted automatically on the next page view. Via the “Privacy settings” button, which is always available, your choice can be changed and any consent given can be withdrawn with effect for the future. Alternatively, the entry can be removed via your browser settings.
This storage is used exclusively for the consent management you requested and is applied as technically necessary within the meaning of Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Google Analytics
This website may integrate the Google tag with the measurement ID G-4WHECJM4QK (Google Analytics 4). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Google tag is loaded only after your consent, that is, only after you click “Allow analytics” (Consent Mode in basic mode). Before your decision, and if you choose “Without analytics cookies”, the Google tag is not loaded, no connection to Google servers is made for analytics purposes, and no analytics cookies are set or read. No cookieless signals are transmitted to Google in that case either.
After your consent, your browser loads the Google tag from Google servers; for technical reasons your IP address is transmitted in the process. The tag starts with the consent settings analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization set to “denied” and then updates analytics_storage to “granted”. Advertising signals, Google signals and personalised advertising remain disabled even after analytics consent; IP anonymisation is enabled. Google Analytics can then process page views, time and duration of the visit, interactions, referrer URL, approximate region and technical information about browser, device and operating system, and use pseudonymous identifiers to recognise a browser. This website does not combine this data with names or contact details known to us directly.
After your consent, in particular the following cookies may be set:
_ga: distinguishing pseudonymous visitors, at most 180 days_ga_*: storing session and measurement status, at most 180 days_gid: distinguishing pseudonymous visitors, at most 24 hours_gat*: limiting the request rate, at most one minute
For a standard GA4 property, the retention period for user- and event-related data is two or 14 months, depending on the property setting. If reset is enabled, the period for user identifiers may restart with renewed activity. Aggregated standard reports may be retained beyond this under Google's rules. The cookie lifetime and the server-side data retention are independent of each other.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for storing and reading information on your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG additionally applies.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Privacy settings”. Accessible Google Analytics cookies are then deleted and the page is reloaded so that the Google tag is no longer executed. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy and in the information on privacy in Google Analytics.
Other technical services
The website uses locally hosted font files and images. The external Google tag is only loaded after your consent. External maps, videos, captchas, social media plugins or other analytics and marketing services are not integrated.
Recipients and processors
- ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich for hosting and server operation
- Google Ireland Limited for email communication via Google Workspace
- Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics (only after consent)
- public authorities, where there is a legal obligation
Personal data is not passed on for payment or sold.
Transfers to third countries
With Google Workspace, the Google tag and Google Analytics, processing by Google LLC or sub-processors may take place outside the EU or the EEA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where this instrument is not applicable to a transfer, Google's data processing terms provide in particular for the EU standard contractual clauses as an appropriate safeguard. Despite these mechanisms, remaining risks in third-country processing, such as access by public authorities under local law, cannot be completely ruled out.
Obligation to provide data
There is no legal obligation to provide data via the website. To reply, however, we need a name, at least one way of contacting you and the information required for processing. Without this information the enquiry cannot be handled meaningfully. Please do not submit sensitive data or data that is not required for the enquiry.
Automated decisions
No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect takes place. With consent, Google Analytics creates statistical or pseudonymous usage information.
Rights of data subjects
Within the scope of statutory requirements, data subjects may request access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and object to certain processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Requests can be sent to info@elektroprinz.com.
Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, there is also a right to object under the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For Baden-Württemberg, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg is available in particular.
Transport encryption
The live website is transmitted via HTTPS. This encrypts content and data during transmission between the browser and the web server.
This privacy information is updated when the services used or the processing of personal data change.
